FIFA WORLD CUP’14 | on-air package pitch
As part of LK's pitch to win the on-air package of the 2014 Soccer World Cup, I worked closely with creative directors Beat Baudenbacher & Geoff Bailey to create several frames.
Our pitch presentation was covering several directions, but I myself was mainly focusing on a particular concept inspired by the very famous staircase covered with mosaics that you can find in Rio de Janeiro : la Escadaria Selarón. The mosaic effect was done by Gregory Tate in Illustrator.
All done using Maya / VRay, and composited with a combination of Nuke and AfterEffects.
Unfortunately, we were not selected for this project.
